
In addition to our Call Center, triVIN employs field representatives in each OLRS state. These individuals are knowledgeable in computer technology, OLRS functionality, and the motor vehicle rules and regulations specific to each state. They:
• Perform initial software installation and training
• Provide retraining or new employee training whenever necessary
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and transaction-related issues
• Help resolve problems via phone and in person
• Provide processing assistance if necessary
• Routinely check to ensure optimal OLRS performance & user comfort
