TriVIN believes in the importance of getting your facility off to a great start using the OLRS. Your software will be delivered and installed at a time that suits you. Installation is made as smooth as possible and can be conducted in a manner that enables you to continue operating effectively. TriVIN also offers in-depth system training at your site following installation to help your staff get the most from our products. TriVIN provides complete application training for your staff including specialized application instruction for your title clerk and/or Information Systems personnel. The triVIN training team is composed of experienced individuals with diverse information technology, computer science, and training/instructional backgrounds. They have the knowledge and expertise to advise you on how our systems can most effectively be used to improve your day-to-day operations. A triVIN representative will arrive at your site on the agreed upon date to unpack and inspect the system (if necessary) and install the associated software. Extensive testing is performed to ensure that the product is running properly. In addition, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Guides are supplied during training. Installation and training sessions typically take from half a day to a full day depending on the state. Training sessions generally cover: · System Operation · System Configuration · System Maintenance · System Administration · Application Utilization In several of the states served by triVIN, training is done in collaboration with the state’s motor vehicle department. Re-training sessions are available to OLRS user locations that have suffered personnel losses or those which demonstrate the need for refresher training.
