The triVIN Customer Support Center, located in the Groton, Connecticut corporate office, is
the primary location for reporting and tracking technical problems and receiving service calls.

The Customer Support Center is part of the triVIN corporate data center and has immediate
and direct access to all technical engineering and managerial staff. The customer support
staff members are also able to utilize the OLRS administration applications to continuously monitor the health and operating status of all OLRS system components.

TriVIN Customer Support Representatives are highly trained, knowledgeable, courteous
professionals who provide expert, thorough, and timely assistance. They are available during
all regularly scheduled hours of system operation, which include:

Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time
5:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Pacific Time

Saturday
8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time
5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Pacific Time
