MVI

FDI’s Web-based Motor Vehicle Inquiry (MVI) services allow you to make online information requests to motor vehicle administrations in all 50 states. Find lien holder, vehicle, and occupational license information; search drivers’ records; and validate VINs at will.

MVI services include:

      · Nationwide MVI Online – Make nationwide inquiry requests through FDI’s MVI Web site.         Simply choose the state, select the search type, and enter the search information.

      · Vehicle Information – Find valuable vehicle information such as Current Lien Holder,         Registered Owner, Duplicate Plate Issue, Vehicle Transfers, and Violations.

      · Driver Information – Search drivers’ records for Name/AKA,  Address, DOB and Personal         Description; License Issue and Expiration Date; License Status Condition; and Violations         on File (including accidents).

      · VIN Validation – Ensure accurate VIN entry. If the VIN you submit is not valid, the
        software will alert you of a VIN error.
