TriVIN has been a Business Partner Service Provider since the California Department of Motor Vehicles (CA DMV) Business Partner Automation (BPA) program's inception in 1995.  The BPA program currently allows qualified industry partners to electronically process New Report of Sale (plating and titling new cars), Registration Renewal, and Registered Owner Transfer transactions.

TriVIN's California Online Registration System powered by ERT Technology, or CA ERTWorks, facilitates electronic processing by allowing you to register and title, renew, and transfer vehicles online and in real time from your office PC.  Not only does CA ERTWorks function using your existing high-speed Internet connection, but one click also pulls information from your Dealer Management System (DMS) resulting in less data entry and fewer mistakes.  The program is maintenance free--it automatically updates from our server, eliminating the need for on-site visits to upgrade the system.  CA ERTWorks offers a variety of benefits from improved efficiency and accuracy to customer retention and increased revenue.  Because you can charge a service fee, online processing with triVIN becomes a revenue generator, NOT an expense.

For more information regarding the CA DMV BPA program and how to become a partner, visit the CA DMV online at: http://www.dmv.ca.gov/otherser/bpa/bpa.htm.

TriVIN, in conjunction with the CA DMV through the BPA program, now provides Registered Owner Transfers, Salvage, Junk, and Non-Repairable vehicle transactions.

New and exciting CA ERTWorks news! TriVIN will soon be providing the ability to issue a substitute plate, sticker, and/or registration card as well as the ability to renew Permanent Fleet Registration (PFR) vehicles. TriVIN will also be releasing the Dealer Control Log feature, which will automate this DMV-required log and allow the ability to export the log into Excel. What does this mean to you? No more handwritten logs!
