TriVIN has changed the ACH process so your payment now gets to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration faster. Fees for each deal will be withdrawn from your account and sent to the MVA the business day after the deal is finalized. As a result, you have more time to process your deals and less chance of incurring late fees.

The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJMVC) recently modified the requirements for all New Jersey customers (existing and new) who use the Online Registration System (OLRS). All users must now be fingerprinted and must complete a criminal history background check. Please do the following to be compliant with these new requirements:
- Follow the instructions on the Fingerprinting Instructions for DOSP form and fill out the Universal Form for Fingerprinting. Completed forms should be faxed or mailed to the NJMVC:

TriVIN is in the process of updating the NC OLRS to its ERTWorks architecture. This new and improved version of the NC OLRS will be Windows-based, Internet-ready, and DMS-compatible. With ERTWorks, users can finalize deals in-house, online, and in real time. They are always connected and can process quickly and easily through their existing high-speed Internet connection. PENNDOT REQUIRES SIGNED CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY AGREEMENT FOR
ALL EMPLOYEES USING ONLINE REGISTRATION PROGRAMS
PennDOT requires
all active users of online registration systems to sign the Confidentiality
Policy Agreement in order to protect information provided in the online
systems from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Dealers should
be aware that:
• All dealership
online users must maintain an original signed copy at their dealership.
• A copy
of each employee’s signed Confidentiality Policy Agreement must
be supplied
by the dealer to be maintained at triVIN.
