A few years ago, one of our NY clients called our Call Center to report a hardware issue that had made them unable to process. When Customer Support couldn't find a solution over the phone, one of the reps rented a car and drove six hours through a heavy snowstorm to troubleshoot the problem in person. Within 20 minutes, the rep had what ended up being a malfunctioning printer replaced and the client's system back up and running.

TriVIN's Call Center is located at our headquarters in Groton, CT. The staff is comprised of friendly, courteous professionals who will help you with issues from start to finish. They have a thorough knowledge of the OLRS, are familiar with state-specific rules and regulations (and have contacts at each state's motor vehicle department), and can troubleshoot both software and hardware-related issues. Calls to them are unlimited and free, so we welcome you to pick their brains any time during regularly scheduled processing hours.
