Take the GVW out of the vehicle screen, then update the change
to the server.

Query and hold the deal to get it in an L status. Change
the expiration date and mark the year and the month decal as
damaged. Update changes to the server to bring it back to an

You must call the DMV and have them remove that record so the
deal will go through.

No. Just query it
back by the plate, customer number, or VIN and it should come back.

No.
You must start the deal over again with a new plate and new stickers.

No. The only thing you can do at this point is call DMV to help you.

it is a plate out of your online inventory, then no, it must go back to

An L status is local so you can make changes if needed. An R status is remote
and changes cannot be made.

the expiration month to only two (2) months and the customer must request a SR22

This error usually means there are no fees associated with the deal. Do
