The URL for NC is https://nc.trivin.net/ert/. After the last forward slash enter data/rc (deal no.). rpt.       To print out a regular reg card, the URL should look like this:
      https://nc.trivin.net/ert/data/rc(deal number).rpt.

If the deal has a lessor, the URL would look like this:
      https://nc.trivin.net/ert/data/rcdeal number-0.rpt.

   6. How do you add a one-time lien holder to a deal?
Use the “Add One Time Lien Holder” button.

To enter an out-of-state lien holder to the system, do the following:

During the deal, when you get to the owner screen, choose create a customer. Once you have             created a customer, the system will assign a customer ID No. Once the customer number is             assigned, enter it during the deal and it will add the owner to the deal.

   7. How do you add an insurance company to the list if it is not there?
You have to give Customer Support all the insurance company information and they will submit a        trouble ticket. The engineers will look up the insurance company on the DMV side to see if it exists        on their database. If it does, they will implement it in the system. It takes about 24 hours to add a        new insurance company.
