  4. What do I do when my system freezes while I'm trying to process?
If your system has locked up and you cannot exit the software, you may need to end the program       manually or restart the computer. Do so by pressing Ctr+Alt+Delete. If you are presented with the       Task Manager, select the CA OLRS program and click "end task".

The program will then present you with a message saying the system could not end the task and       will ask you if would like to end the program yourself. At this point, click "end now". This should       close the program. Reboot the computer and then log back in to attempt the same registration       again.

If Ctrl+Alt+Delete does not give you the Task Manager, you may need to shut down your system       using the power button or restart button on your computer tower/desktop system. To shut down       the PC, hold down the power button for 5-10 seconds. This should power down the system, in which       case you can then turn it back on and log back in. You can also press the reset button on your       tower/desktop to restart the system.
